Author of Mass Communication Law in Oklahoma, which is used in newsrooms across the state and has been adopted for media law courses at the University of Oklahoma, the University of Central Oklahoma and East Central University.
Dr. Senat is quoted frequently by the media on freedom of information and media law issues. His model letter for public records requests is widely used in the state by reporters and attorneys and is featured as a state FOI resource by the National Freedom of Information Coalition and by the Marion Brechner Citizen Access Project.
